    Never gave tracking for the item, despite it being clearly stated in the listing that the parcel would be tracked by the courier. I didn't even know if the parcel had even been sent out until I got a text two days after the parcel was supposed to arrive at the collection point. Also, the packaging got ripped in delivery, and could have potentially led to the items getting damaged enroute (the collection point had to apologise profusely). However, as described and decent value.
