Verkäufer reagierte zu Anfang, wollte nach Einzelheiten wissen was fehlt und schauen, ob er was ersetzen kann. Danach habe ich Tage/Wochen lang nichts mehr gehört. Habe versucht es zurückzusenden, jedoch sollte ich lediglich 15€ von 65€ Originalpreis erstattet bekommen. Nie wieder!! Absolut inakzeptabel und nicht kundenorientiert.
