He assured me everything was there and that it will be packaged accordingly. Upon receiving I could tell it was open box but it came in the original packaging that was only slightly damaged. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Everything was there and intact, barely looked messed with. Overall it was a great experience, showed up early too! 10/10 seller!!

I was sent an LS2 Horizon ....they look alot a like but are different types of Modular helmets ...I sent an e mail explaining I did not get the helmet I ordered ....I was told to ship the helmet back. I shipped the helmet back and was refunded. Even though I was refunded I was disappointed that they did not have the LS2 in stock as advertised. But I was refunded without any issues.
