I really did miss by Sobakawa pillow though. It contours to your head and keeps you cool during your nights sleep. I was so happy to find something that is just like the pillow my sister bought me as a gift years back. This product is the next best thing and at a great price. Will probably order the queen size as those were the ones.

The appearance really just speaks for itself, perfect The seller was so helpful and checked on shipping for me to make sure it will come on time and that there wasn't a problem. The seller really cares you can see that, to make everything come on time. It was packaged well and shipped faster than anything I've ever ordered in my life, the few seconds after I ordered.

The product was shipped by being wrapped in a garbage bag. Despite the multiple “Fragile, handle with care stickers” the bag was still torn with product spilling out at delivery. I lost approx 1 lb of product due to this. This could be a delivery issue so I don’t want to negatively impact the seller’s business by leaving a poor review, but perhaps an alternate shipping method would be better.
