    The Seller canceled the sell after claiming that they shipped the item. I guess they were nit happy with the selling price so they canceled to resell it for a higher price. If buyers are obligated to pay for items after making an offer the seller should be obligated to ship the item after the sell. They shouldn't be able to cancel a sell by pretending that they no longer have the item, or just not ship it. And then be allowed to sell that same item for a higher price!!!
