    I wouldn't describe these pieces as "New and Unopened" since the saucer's had finger prints on them. But they were meticulously packaged and "Like New" in condition. The the cups were in perfect condition as well as the boxes, with all the inserts. There was no wear or any scratches. Everything was extremely well packaged in tons of bubble wrap with Fragile stickers all over the package. I would definitely buy from this seller again. They took great care to ensure everything was shipped well.
