I was able to track the progress- for a while and that stopped. Somehow, the package was apparently out of the tracking system. In order to locate it, I needed information from the seller for the case I'd opened with USPS. I received the information quickly and easily and it arrived soon after. It was well packaged, and in great shape at a great price! This seller cares, that's a big deal! I was impressed!

However, the part arrived in pristine shape and worked great so it's all good! Part arrived from east coast to west coast in about a week. Part was exactly the very same part as pictured, right down to the mfg. date and S/N. I'm very happy!
