Seller was sure he put card into letter, and my claim request was, in hindsight not written the best. I explained my error. Seller I believe thought I was full of it, but I don't blame him, as i would have thought the same. Seller did send replacement and communicated well. I have placed over 1200 orders in the last 12 months, almost all of them no issue.
