    The elastic arrived earlier than expected, did teceive notification of delays but it arrived on the day it was supoosed to. Not used the elastic as yet and can't say if it works well but its elstic and as long as it does the job it was bought for, I will be happy. Price paid was reasonable didn't spend ages looking for cheaper as its elastic. Thank-you.
