        Lovely doll, as described thank you. It wasn't in very good packaging as this was ripped on arrival, and label hanging off. The doll is lovely and clean and I'm happy she actually made it in one piece

        The doll was wrapped in a bubble wrap bag inside a grey mailing bag when handed over the counter at the Post Office. They stuck on the label and they delivered it, not me. The handling of the parcel is therefore the responsibility of the Post Office. Therefore any queries in this regard needs to be taken up with the Post Office.
