Both times, after payment was received, I got the message that the item was damaged at the warehouse and there were no more in stock. I was refunded the money. However, this vendor still has listings for the same sets. So you might want to contact the vendor to see if the auction item is actually available.

Unfortunately upon arrival, one of the pieces was damaged, and it was missing the steam mop pads. Seller offered a 50% refund for me to just keep the product which I accepted, I can use some of that to buy the pads and see if the supplier can send me a new piece that broke. Great experience with this seller.
