    Good book for business management philosophy

    While I'm only a little way into it, this book is geared towards business managers, rather than offering general life philosophy... Sinek shares some absolutely beautiful insight into young adults of today in a 15 - 16 min YouTube clip, titled "This is why you won't succeed". Watch it if you have kids or manage or work with young adults, & you will become a disciple...
