Not so helpful pre-written responses and wrong info as it actually comes from Georgia, not several warehouses across the country nor manfucter as stated in some of the response. Stressful and slow shipping (takes over 8-10 days to ship for the money spent and 200 plus sold (1 million plus in profit on this) by seller! Everything was perfect from start to finish, great products as well! Would do business again.

Kind of disappointing but it was in the description. From what I could tell it was indeed new, though it had a few light marks on it. Packaging of the console was decent but felt like it could have been more protective since the console was only partly bubble wrapped, and balled up paper was used to fill the empty box space. But it’s been working great for 1 week+, so no real complaints.

I have a full video of the moment I opened the box. the joysticks are messed up on the controller from being pushed against the box. completely unprofessional and piss poor for false advertise.
