    Good value saw with plenty of power.

    The saw has enough power to cut through a 12 inches diameter EUCALYPTUS tree. The saw is sharp. The motor can work through. Two cuts with less than 1/2 the charge on the battery. I intend to use this saw to cut smaller diameter wood and for trimming. It is perfect for my application. The shipping box looks old but the saw is very clean. did not see oil in the container. It is a good buy.

    Cuts good keeps shutting off

    Cuts really well when it runs. Seems the one I got keeps stopping when I cut anything over an inch. Batteries full charge but stops in mid cut, otherwise cuts fast when runs. I believe my luck just got one with bad switch

    Rather use my Ryobi 40v than my Craftsman 16 in. gas chainsaw.

    I have a Craftsman 16 in. gas operated chain saw and I would rather use my Ryobi 40v. It is quieter and easier to handle with just as good cutting power. Do not see much difference between the two in power or cutting speed.

    Good saw for around the house

    Great saw for the occasional odd job. Grab and go. No need to premix gas and oil. No lugging extension cords around. Only issue I had, was this saw had been previously used more than led to believe in the description. Had to replace the chain. The existing chain wouldn't cut butter.

    Adequate for my use.

    It is adequate for my needs. It is not as good as the cordless 16 inch Milwaukee that I has rented previously. lt does have a very good warranty.
