He helped me order the correct piece and has mailed it. One complaint, and it certainly is not the seller's, is the time it takes to receive the product. I ordered the watch from Japan, and it was here in 5 days. Ordered the replacement pieces, and they take days to get through Canada and into the US. Great seller and excellent communication.
