It arrived damaged due to this completely inadequate packaging—any reasonable person would know this isn’t acceptable for shipping electronics. I contacted the seller, but received no reply. After waiting a few days, I opened a return request, which the seller immediately closed without offering any solution or support. Very disappointing experience. It was most likely mishandled or dropped during shipping or while it sat for 2 months until i was notified of the damage, that along with the heavy weight of the item would have caused such damage and a box would not have protected it from that.
