They replied backed on 12/27 at 12:16PM saying the will send me a return shipping label. Fast forward, I decided to keep the BLUE to avoid further delays of a replacement process. Out of nowhere, they gave me a partial credit w/o me asking for it for their error and inconvenience. Now, that s Customer Service!
