What arrived at my door was a previously opened box. The exteropr pf tje box was previously water damaged. It had coffee or tea colored dried drip marks on the outside. The inside missing packaging materials and missing the quick start guide. not happy to be lied to. Crossing my fingers that the product has no internal damage and works as it should.
