    Deltatrak 11040 waterproof digital thermometer

    If you are a chef that needs a very fast response from a good quality thermometer do not buy this thermometer. The thermometer is a Slowpoke and is not recommended for professional use very misleading I have had Delta tracks in the past that were really good quality this one is very poor

    Just in case

    I needed the thermometers for a specific job. The previous one installed worked well for 15 years but gave up exactly when I needed to use it. I was lucky to find the same model at a decent price and bought two. Just in case.
