    This seller advertised a brand new, unopened laptop in its original package, and sent me a refurbished one. I complained not conceiling how annoyed I was. Their response was poor and disapointed: "Yeah, sorry. We can give you $100 back, but if you don't want it, send the laptop back." I was in a possition were I could not afford another week without a laptop, so I had to keep it. Works ok so far, but I feel cheated. Don't trust this people.

    Seems to be good quality, works OK.

    Excellent laptop. Bought to replace the Gateway (that is really an ACER) that I've used for several years. Went back to HP hoping for something other than Chinese, but it's made in China as well. I've own many other HP's over the years and we hoping for something built in this country, but I guess Americans expect to be paid more that Chinese workers. Seems to work OK, I would have gladly paid a little more if it was made in the USA!!

    Laptop is Good (Only One Small Problem)

    I truly enjoy this product. The only problem I have is that the laptop did not include a DVD/-ROM. I was searching for a HP computer that specifically had a DVD-ROM. All the other features on this laptop are good.

    A really great laptop

    This is a great little HP laptop for the price. The images are crisp and clear and great for watching films and videos. The keys are easy to reach for typing. The stereo and audio are clear and surprisingly loud without an additional exterior speaker. I’m very happy with my purchase. I can’t believe that a laptop of this quality would be so inexpensive. This is a great deal.
