      I did everything they told me, the model is fine, the power supply does not work, it turns on for a while and then the screen goes black and the fans at maximum, from experience and research this is purely a power supply, I am currently in Ecuador my country and shipping the product costs me more than the product itself, my rating is negative because it has not been properly tested before sale, they claim something that is not true.

      Item was tested prior to shipping and was in working condition. Buyer was told to return to us for a refund, they did not want to ship it back. We do not do refunds without a returned item. This is a retalitary feedback for not giving them a refund without return.
