      Casio W201-1AV Great little watch

      Works great, nice features, all I need. These inexpensive watches are fine, the crystal/face of the watch scratches easy but also polishes out easy. The 10 yr battery out lives the band and the band is usually the first thing to wear out, so you can replace the watch cheaper than the band and just get a new one. I'd consider buy a more modern watch with a better crystal, but I hate the great, big watches they insist on manufacturing today because they want to sell you a style. I HATE big watches, fine for others, never for me. I'll keep buying this watch.

      Great Value! Minor Drawbacks?

      Price was awesome, has ALL the features I want. Drawbacks include narrower-than-average ban width, and the buttons do not protrude enough to make for easy selections. Very frustrating to try to use the "light" feature to see the time at night.

      Useful functions for a reasonable price

      My previous Casio watches of this type have lasted for years and provided reliable service. I have had to buy a new one because of losing the ones I had. I travel a lot and have returned to the same product for several convenient reasons: good price, durable (I had dropped my old one numerous times without effect), dual time (convenient for travel), alarm, and stopwatch for timing things (such as flight times). As long as Casio continue to make this type of watch, I will continue to purchase and use them. Style is a matter of personal taste and for me a matter of little importance given the watch's other merits.

      No way you can beat this one.

      I've been wearing this exact model Casio for years. The main reason is, I work in electronics and the entire watch is non conductive. That means I can get my hand into circuit boards without shorting anything out and blowing it all to hell. Even the band and latch is rubber or plastic. Only the non exposed back is stainless steel. Only problem I have is the short life of the rubber band, usually only a year and it falls off, not a problem as I always have a new watch on hand. WalMart sometimes stocks this model but not always, so I usually order a new one as soon as the band goes bad. I've never had to replace a battery, always outlasts the watch. It's more accurate than a Rolex, only have to set it twice a year for Daylight Savings Time. If had to make a choice between this and a ...

      Not a fancy watch but super functional.

      Not a fancy watch but super reliable and super functional. Has a lower profile than most mens watches including buttons that don't protrude, a 10 year battery and a band that fits my large wrist.
