    Ease of use

    Plugged it in to laptop with Windows 10 home. Did not automatically work.. Had to go to you tube to learn that I needed to download software from"My Passport" including encryption Pain in the A"" After some time, eventually got it working. Suggest that software be updated. Have only used it for approx 1 month, ? reliability, too soon to say. G

    Perfect for movie storage and compatible with PS4

    I bought this to easily watch movies on my PS4 that I have downloaded on my PC. I formatted the drive to NTFS format and started moving the movies onto it. Plugged it in my PS4 and worked like a charm. I have over 100 movies on it and I can still fit more. Excellent product! Price was great too!
