I believe the shipping company repacked the box in a much larger box not marked fragile. I opened the large box I saw the original box. The inner box was wet and I could open it with my hands. The seller packed the item in an appropriate sized box with fragile written on the box tape. The packer wrapped the machine in bubble wrap that kept the machine safe.
