I first read this when I was in elementary school in the Scholastic Book Club I only got it as a child because the cover was so interesting which was a different color than the one I'm reviewing however the story is the same it is creepy easy to read easy to understand and I just had to add it to my adult collection even though it was considered a children's book at that time reading it again after all these years it's just as good just as interesting just as creepy I see it as a well-written story for adults as well
