These were gifts for a client relocating overseas and I was making a goodie bag for her voyage. Could not use them as the outer boxing was torn and looked like they were years old. I reached out to seller who agreed to replace the items upon me shipping these back. I conferred. Weeks later she now claims to not have received the items back and I had to make do with the goodie bag. I did offer to send a replacement product as a gesture of goodwill but this was declined. I did not receive the returned items back in the mail when the buyer said that they were sent.
