    Amazing

    I love this mask. I was having the worst breakout when it arrived. After the first use i could see it working. It has reduced the size and number of my bumps. I also find it very relaxing. I use at night before bed and after the ten minutes I'm more relaxed for sleep. I'm very happy with my mask.

    Manufacture Rip Off

    Well the mask does seem to work well, the manufacturers designed it so that you can only use the included charger 29 times and then you must buy a new charger for the mask which was not disclosed upon purchasing. This is completely ridiculous as it's an LED light that last for quite a long time and could certainly handle thousands of uses. It's obvious Neutrogena wanted to make you discard a completely functional on off switch just for the purpose of the customer having to buy another. There is a workaround on YouTube if you are handy with tools to fix this. I really wish they did not design the mask this way as it is quite useful and once you purchase it you should not have to buy another charger system for an LED light.

    Neutrogena Therapy Acne mask is amazing!

    I tried so many products to try an get rid of my acne and nothing worked . I tried other Neutrogena products as well ,BT didn't get much results,but the mask within 3 ,4 days a big difference can't wait to get my skin back .so far I'm loving it ! Best results !

    Pleased with the clearer complexion!

    I bought the face mask because I had adult acne that kept appearing. I chose the mask over the Neutrogena pen so I could cover more area at one time. I can't say if the mask light treatment did the trick, but my face is basically clear and has been for a couple weeks now. With that said, I am now also washing my face twice a day and sanitizing my brushes/makeup every few days which, I would assume, also promotes the clearer complexion. Hope it continues to work!

    This product has been recalled due to the eye protection being insufficient (in some cases), wear a pair of tanning bed "sunnies" to reduce the risk.

    I've only used it a few days but I have high hopes based on my understanding of how it works.
