Neither were included in the description or in the computer the seller sent. Seller did not answer my question about the options before the purchase. Don't expect to get what the seller posts in the photos. Don't expect them to respond to questions. Shop elsewhere. The computer works but extra expense was incurred to add missing parts.

I SPECIFICALLY asked the seller to pack them with extra protection to prevent this, but they have not at all attempted to do this. A shame especially how the seller is in complete denial that this has happened due to poor packaging. I hope they do a better job next time.
