I actually never opened it until after I got the message, the box was tore and ripped some but delivery doesn't take kindness to well to boxes and things being delivered.     Defective unit

    I’ve had two electricians come by to try to install this unit. Neither have been successful. After troubleshooting there looks to be an issue with the remote unit. I would not recommend and it’s going to be a pain to try to return as installing is quiet time consuming and expensive.
