This has been a wonderful way to reset my system after being out of control and gaining a few pounds while on vacation. It is not hard to follow, and becomes fun having exactly what I can eat for the day right in front of me. No agonizing hunger pains. No wondering what I can eat to accomplish a reset in my system.
