    The "New Girl" introduces "New Peril"

    Daniel Silva has been a reliable and riveting thriller writer for quite a few years. His protagonist,Gabriel Allon, remains constantly torn between the intense concentration required for being an acclaimed art restorer and the education as a remorseless assassin for Israeli Intelligence. Yet he deftly navigates between the two professions, by tenuously balancing his dual identities. This is an enthralling novel, involving kidnapping,infiltration, deception and a hopeful rescue.
