Took photos of it, threw the broken hair clip in garbage, sent to seller. Seller insisted on having the broken item returned, knowing I'd tossed it. Didn't even entertain sending new one. Not great customer service. Wish now I'd paid others sellers more; lesson learned, you get what you pay for. Wouldn't buy from them.
