      I do not think this calibrator Spyder5 needs more description then it already has on internet. As of this one, it came in a perfect condition, in original box with insert sheet from manufacturer with link to download software. Which I didn't bother with, I'm using Linux and installed DisplayCAL, which is open source, and it worked great. Box came very well packaged by seller and on time as promised. Thank you very much, highly recommend both, seller and calibrator.

      Excellent budget calibrator however poor software.

      Excellent display calibrator, the software Spyder provides is garbage, use open source free DisplayCAL instead add it gives better results and it costs nothing to use! Spyder 5 Express has same sensor as Elite only the software is different, why pay more when you can save hundreds and use free software to obtain better results?

      works well on newer laptops

      I've used Datacolor colorimiters for years and my Spyder 2 had been invaluable. But on my last two laptops could never get a accurate profile. I upgraded to the Spyder 5 and was able to get a good profile on the first try. It works faster and the small profile is good for storage.

      Works for me

      This seems to easily do what I wanted and needed. I calibrated my laptop and an external LCD monitor. Soon I will do my wife's computer's CRT monitor. Then I should be able to move photos from one to the other wtht consistency and have a chance of getting reliable printing results.

      Worls Great

      I got the version 5 because it was the oldest (and thus least expensive) one that would work with my Windows 11. It worked great. Now I know my colors will print as I see them on screen, or very close. Thanks for the product in good working shape.
