With the radio came a letter advising how to obtain the radio code (need in this case) to activate the unit. I had queried before purchase to be sure it was a working unit and it arrived tested with an anti tamper sticker. Old radio pulled, this replacement plugged in and works great. Condition was exactly as pictured. Found the BEST for LESS here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Seller.
