      The first attempted shipping of product did not arrive so I contacted the seller and they were quick to ship out another one. When it arrived it was missing a few parts. I contacted seller and they refunded $20 partial for the inconvenience of me having to call K&N to get replacement parts. K&N was very easy and fast and new parts are on the way.
