Luckily there was just enough packing material to keep it safe in transit because the post office did their best to destroy it. The shipping package was crushed on one side and opened which allowed dirt to get inside. If this had been one of the newer Lionel cars instead of Action it would have been damaged. This is a reflection of the post office and not the seller. The post office could destroy a anvil.
