    "Good little carbonator"

    It takes a few experiences with Fizzini to fully understand how easy it is to operate. I went through a few CO2 cartridges before feeling at ease with the process. Now, I use it daily. Water must be very, very cold. Shake it for the recommended 10 seconds right after it carbonates for best results. It's easy to clean the container unit with a long bottle brush. The slim design fits well inside the door of my fridge for storage. Its price and quality make it a great choice. I'm happy with it.

    Nice - till it broke after 6th use...

    Oh, there’s a REASON it’s so cheap. A cartridge got stuck inside the chamber the 6th time I used it. Had to pry it open, but fortunately I was able to open it! Now the little door does not latch, I have to manually hold the door closed to use if - and about 3/10 cartridges malfunction. Sometimes that means the water just doesn’t carbonate, but other times it’s meant I got shot in the face with the cold gas that has nowhere else to escape. I ordered something else - this time with a Square Trade plan.

    SELTZER MAKER

    This product works well. The C02 cartridges are in-expensive and loads cheaper than the soda stream cartridges. Works exactly the same as soda stream, just less fancy and MUCH less expensive. Simple and easy to operate. Only draw back to home made seltzer is it has a short shelf live, i.e. doesn't store well. It looses it's fizz after 1 day in the frig. so use it the same time you make it. Nice to have a machine that will make REAL ginger Ale, or seltzer on demand when you want it.

    one problem

    I received this item on 7/11/2016 the expiration date on the bottle is 03/2016 - even though hamilton beach extends it by 12 months, I have already lost over 4months of the warranty. I am hoping this is a good product and I won't have to worry about it. Other than that it works great for the short time I have used it. Also letting customers know they have to buy Hamilton Beach specific C02 cartridges would help. I bought the wrong ones and had to return them. I also found out that hamilton beach will continue to have a bottle replacement for this model if you need to replace it. The part # is 85702, you would get to bottles.
