    This item was exactly as described on Ebay. It arrived in a shipping box containing the 10 smaller original boxes. Both the boxes and the inside parts were inventoried and found to be in excellent condition. The parts were not in sealed plastic bags but were still on the sprue and complete. In fact, those looked completely new. The price was very reasonable and it was packed very carefully. It was shipped fast and arrived very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

    The product new in a sealed package. I contacted the seller to advise I could not power up the unit. He immediately refunded my purchase and advised not to return the item. This was certainly more than I wanted or expected. It turned out to be the power cord, which I was able to find on eBay. I would gladly send a payment to the original seller, minus the cost of the new power supply cord. In closing, the seller was more than fair and honest.

    Donit buy the Royal 1830MX Shredder

    Advertised as an 18 sheet shredder, at best its 15 sheets. Will frequently jam if a sheet of paper rolls as it feeds, this has occurred with only 10 sheets causing a jam, can hard to get paper is feed slot as feed slot is too narrow, paper must also be at a 90 degree angle to feed correctly. Waste tub fills in the center and then cuts off the motor thinking the tub is full, at best its 2/3rds full. It will sometime shred the paper then stop at the staples. It will also leave long strands of paper that has not been crosscut and you can still read info, those that are cross cut are long then usual and wider. On the plus side it is very quite compared to others In comparison my 9 year old ID Armor is rated at 18 and can easily handle 20, effortless to feed, its about 50% faster but is ...

    The Hungry Shredder

    This is an awesome shredder. This thing does not jam up like other shredders I've had in the past. We set it by the front door and feed it daily junk mail food and its hungry little mouth takes care of it with no problems. My wife and I like it better than the dog!

    Great Shredder

    I bought this shredder because I have 6 file boxes full of personal documents that need to be shredded. It really works great the instructions say 30 minutes on and then 45 minutes off. You can really shredded a lot in 30 minutes and then it's time for a rest anyway.

    Good Shredder little noisy but is of good Quality.
