      Original OS license is Win 11 Home not Pro. Palmrest and trackpad parts are too shiny Not disclosed in description or images. Also laptop was extremely dirty. Seller says "read descriptions better next time". Description and image says PRO. Seller offered illegal way to get Win 11 Pro license. DISHONEST SELLER.

      DISHONEST BUYER. Buyer included picture which verified the used condition accurately. Buyers remorse. Did not try to remediate. Did not read description accurately. Device was shipped with Windows 11 Pro. Item was cleaned and used but in good condition. They are wasting time and resources. Immediately left negative feedback.
