After 21 days, I reached out to the seller to inquire about the issue because the tracking number indicated that it had been delivered to a different address. They informed me that the item couldn't be shipped due to "sanctions in the U.S." After I expressed my concerns, they claimed it wasn't their fault since eBay provided the address on the label. I messaged you a copy of a letter I received from eBay directly stating that they are refunding your money because they are unable to ship it internationally for several different reasons. My guess is it was due to the current sanctions. They kept the package and refunded you the money. I am sorry its completely out of my hands.
