Unfortunately Richard the Lion heart was beheaded when I got him out of the box. Shipping was fast packed very well with bubble wrap. I also received another figurine the same day from the same seller. It was perfect. I believe through no fault of the seller but perhaps the way it was handled by USPS during its journey is when the beheading happened All was resolved quickly.
