    My message to seller to ship next day was promptly replied and wish granted. The laptop is very lightly used and in great condition as shown in pictures. It well packed in a padded box designed to ship laptop computer. The model listed as a T14S but it's a T14; also the CPU was listed as iCore 7-1185G7 @4.8GHZ but it is equipped with a slightly slower CPU iCore 7-1165G7 @2.8GHZ. Also, the memory was listed as 16GBs but it's 24GBs. Despite the errors made, the laptop is still a great buy.
