I purchased this item on 28 Jun and seller only marked item sent on 4 Jul with no tracking available (even with $20 postage paid). After 2 weeks, still showing no sign of package turn up and seller also do not reply to my emails. Finally, has to ask eBay to step in for refund.

After finding nothing was in progress on 3 Jul, I send a message. Their reply was the dates were only eBay estimate. Their commitnent was only shipping within 5 business days. They sent the item on 4 Jul, but I did not receive it on 14 Jul. There was no tracking in the case, although they charged Au$20 for the shipping.

On the 9/7/25 I sent a polite email to the seller enquiring on the of the postage, and if there were any issues. The next thing I was notified by eBay that the seller was issuing a refund. At no time did I request a refund, as I wanted the laptop, as it was a present. The seller has not communicated with me at all during this process.
