Excellent explanations of French grammar from an English language perspective.
Not the current edition (this 6th, but there is a 7th), but that doesn't matter as this edition has excellent content. An important explanatory book dealing with French grammar from an English perspective. My knowledge of English grammar is excellent, but this book helps to explain differences between grammar concepts in English and those in French. If your English technical grammar is weak, this book is all the more useful. Probably not suitable for high school students just starting out in French, but suitable for those with a year or two under their belt. Suitable for all adults.
