      Needs better instructions

      Found the Fitbit Flex easy and fun to use once you can figure it out. Instructions enclosed are very unclear and sometimes confusing. I found nothing that told me what to do and how this unit works until I visited my local retail store who explained the operation. Now I'm enjoying my Fitbit Flex and all the information it has to offer relative to my good health habits.

      We must be too old for this

      I purchased the Fitbit Flex for my wife, for her birthday gift. She got very upset that she could not see numbers on the readout, just light specks. We boxed it back up & she said she'd try to sell it. I did need to Google Manual for Flex fitbit. The website I was first directed to, was totally useless. I read about terms that I had no idea what they were. After two hours, I got the info I needed at first, from my Google search, even watched a youtube video on it. If we had seen this info before making the purchase, we would never have made the purchase. After some weeks, my wife decided to remain with this instead of having me buy her one that she can get info from where ever she is. I just got her a band that is far easier for her to fasten than what came with it. Her fingers are ...

      Love this product!

      I love this product. It is easy to use, counts my steps, and all the features on the app motivate me to get more steps in each day. 2 small complaints: -The sleep tracker is not terribly accurate. I usually do something sedentary before bed (like reading or watching TV), so it usually states that I got about an hour of sleep more than I acutally did. -If I am pushing a stroller while walking, it underestimates my steps

      So easy to use!

      This Fitbit flex is everything I need or want in an exercise and sleep monitoring aide! Just fasten the dongle and that's it! Easy to charge and interchange multiple colored bands I already had to coordinate with anything I wear! This is my second Fitbit Flex and am very pleased with how affordable this one was compared to my first one... less than half the price!!!

      Difficult set-up

      Includes both small and large wristbands. Despite being computer savvy, neither myself nor my brother-in-law have been able to sync the Fitbit Flex using the accompanying dongle (used with a laptop) nor with built-in bluetooth on a Kindle Fire. Frustrating! Worn for four days with no update to Fitbit app.
