These were deceptive practices at best, dishonesty at the worst and I lost 3 week income for this debacle. You don't have to reveal this negative feedback but I won't retract it. She cost me a lot of $$$. Pic shows my broken machine and what she sent.

Had to use scissors to get the outside packaging off, tore at the little box cuz it was taped so well and then it was in yet another bubble wrap package! I know this isn't Marc Jacob's but I have to say I like it better than the original Dot because it's more fruity. It's not the greatest presentation but to no fault of the seller, that was strictly a company thing. I'd buy from here again.

It's sad, and I really feel bad, that the seller thinks the way he/she does about someone they've never met. Still can't ding a person for all that. They still made it right, I guess.
