Had to get Ebay involved to have the seller honor the Ebay guarantee which was complied with eventually. The box that it was shipped in wasn't big enough and lacked packing to protect the diecast box, he also should have insured it as many sellers do for collectibles that cost $200. The end result is I did get my refund and seller's amazing
