        I bought three vintage faucet cross handles made of porcelain. They were tossed into a box with a bit of paper, but in no way did the paper keep them from banging against each other. Amazingly, only one was broken. Bought three, now have two. I knew what to expect when the contents of the box rattled around. Thoughtless shipping.

        This is the first I have heard that there was a problem with the vintage porcelain faucet handles. In general, buyers who are dissatisfied contact the seller first before writing a review, especially a negative one. As per eBay protocol, the buyer can send me photos of the damage and request a refund or return. The description of the way these were packaged and shipped is inconsistent with other reviews of our shipping practices. Annie
