He told me to send it back and he would refund my money. The next day, he did refund my money and told me to donate it after I returned it as he told me to, so I am out $13.85 for shipping cost and my time to return something. Seller shipped out quickly, however USPS took over 3 weeks to deliver. (This is not the seller's fault). However, the package was too small for the item and smashed the hat.
