    Seems inferior

    Usually JBL products are great quality, hence why I chose the brand. However the one I purchased here is a knock-off product in comparison the what the real JBL would be. The sound quality is just too weak and not enough volume even if the volume on the device is maxed out, the earbuds are still low.

    they will not stay in my ears. When they do the fell like they are going to fall out. Product looks good and and does sound ok. When I can get it to stay in my ear. Tried all foam ear inserts. No luck.

    Disappointing

    Ear buds arrived in the "Mono" mode. Tried every suggestion on the internet and YouTube to convert the ear buds to "Stereo" mode, but nothing worked. Learned from the internet that this is a common problem with JBL ear buds. Some sort of glitch in the programming.
